On Saturday 21st November 2015 Barry demonstrated some festive dishes with a twist cooked on a BBQ within the Fire Pit, the open air BBQ area, at the Taste of London: The Festive Edition at Tobacco Dock.



Saturday 7th November 2015 – Spirit of Christmas Fair, Olympia, London

Barry was invited to demonstrate how to make a selection of canapés at the Spirit of Christmas Fair. He showed the audience how easy it is to create canapés that will impress guests at any party: beef with ponzu sauce; cauliflower & white chocolate velouté soup; oysters in sake; salmon tartare. Wednesday 2nd September 2015 – Cooking at the James Beard American Restaurant

Barry took over the grill at #JBAR, the James Beard American Restaurant at Seven Stars Galleria, Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle II, Fifth Floor, Corner Piazza della Scala, Milano, for the evening of Wednesday, 2nd September as part of EXPO Milano 2015. He cooked a menu of dishes served at STK Milan:

  • Lil BRGRs: House Sauce – Sesame Seed Bun
  • Tuna Pop: Red Curry Dressing
  • KFC: Korean Fried Cauliflower
  • Sea Bass Ceviche, Red Onion, Coriander, Raspberry Dressing, Egg, Anchovy, Truffle, Parsnips, Red Onion
  • USDA Sirloin, Roast Garlic, Shallots, Snails, Parsley, Red Wine
  • Caramelized Spicy Pear, Ricotta Ice Cream
